Itinerary
Arrival at Bangalore Airport/ Hospet Railway Station in the morning/afternoon by flight/Train and transfer to Hampi. It will take approximately 6 hours to reach Hampi. You will be taken to your hotel where you will relax and rest. Explore the local market in you free time and back to your hotel.
Overnight stay at the Hotel.
After breakfast, you will go for full day sightseeing of Hampi.Hampi is located on the bank of the Tungabhadra river in the state of Karnatka. Which is famous for its ancient beautifully carved temples, forts and other monuments as well as UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will explore beautifully carved walls- Virupaksha Temple, Stone captured Lotus Mahal, most impressive structure of Hampi - Vitthala Temple and complex, Monkey Temple and Elephant Stables.
Overnight stay at the Hotel.
After breakfast, move to Badami which will take 3.30 hours to reach. On arrival check-in to your hotel. After having some rest explore Badami. Badami is located in Valley of rugged red sandstone which is surrounded by the Agastya Lake. Badami is known for its archaeological delight as well as Dravidian architecture which is home to the numerous sandstone cave temples, fortress and carvings. You will witness the numerous sightseeing of Badami, which will include Agastya Lake which has healing water properties, Badami Cave Temples, Bhutanatha Temple, Badami Fort and Shri Banashankari Shakti Peetham.In the evening back to your hotel
Overnight stay at the Hotel.
After delicious breakfast in your Badami hotel, head towards sightseeing of Aihole and Pattakadal. Which takes 45 minutes to reach Aihole. Aihole also calls with different names like Aivalli, Ahivolal and Aryapura. It is known for its religious places which consist Buddhist, Hindu and Jain Monasteries from the medieval era and also home to the popular sculptures on its walls and pillars. You will also witness the museum and art gallery. After visiting Aihole you will proceed to Pattadakal (Raktapura). Which is famous for 7th and 8th century Hindu and Jain temples. Pattadakal temple is famous for its sculptures from the stories of Ramayana and Mahabharata. After visiting these place back to your Badami hotel.
Overnight stay in the Hotel.
After breakfast, you will be depart to Bangalore Airport / Hospet Railway Station.
